Return Policy for KC Hair Essentials

At KC Hair Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our hair products, including oils, sprays, and more. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

  • Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair care products.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

     with details of the item and reason for exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at kchairessential@gmail.com
    with a photo of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
